The identification of the interest of theorganization is essential in nature, as this will help in segmenting the different customers. The structure of the report includes definition of the consumer behavior, importance ofconsumer behavior in the organization as well as the identification of the organization interest.The different issues faced by the consumers have to be highlighted to solve such issues withproper insight. 1.
