egalitarianism. It has a connection with the modern rules, policies, and culture possessed in
Australia. In Australia western culture is followed by the people and it has been derived from
Britain. It has been seen that Australia is a society of multicultural and majority of the population
is born overseas. The common countries of the people who are born overseas are England, New
Zealand, China and also India. Culture and diversity are related to the different culture and
language groups which are represented within a society. In the Australia society, it has been seen
that majority of people speak languages other than English at home. Also, the languages which
are spoken in Australia are Mandarin, Italian, Arabic and also Greek (Julios, 2017).
The Australian values take into consideration the equal worth, freedom and also dignity
of a person. Freedom of speech is also the factor on which the focus is given by the Australian
society. The defining feature of Australia is not only concerned with the cultural diversity of the
individuals but also they are unified with the commitment level. Within the laws of Australia, it

attitudes. The way of life throughout the country is not similar (Rowe, 2018). The differences

was Catholicism. In the society, the Anglicans are more than 18% of the population. Non-
Christians are more than 2%, Hinduism is less than 1% and Islam is less than 25. There are also

many community centers for the people who can meet there on a routine basis. The culture of

others and also maintain proper relation in the workplace and to maintain relations in the

focus on creating the culture that helps to achieve successful growth. If the focus is given to the
art it has been evaluated that it is unique and also aboriginal which is now popular on the global
platform. The Australia society also focuses on family gatherings. This is also one of the reasons

There is also dress code followed in Australia. The dress code can differ by focusing on
different situation and location. If the emphasis is given on the workplace it is seen that the
people need clean and modesty dressing style and if the focus is given on the general public it
has been seen that they consider shorts and thongs. Also, there are no rules which are meant
especially for clothing. In the warm season, people of Australia visitor stay on beaches so that
they can feel good
So, it can be concluded that contemporary Australian society plays a great role in the
