INTRODUCTION Topic:To evaluate if public health approaches to tackle the obesity rather than effectively addressing the problems as it tends to arrive for the individual. Obesity is mainly linked with the set of complex problem which results in excessive degree of the body fat. Obesity is considered to be as a mental issue which tends to increase the risk of other set of diseases and various other health problems (Flint and Cummins, 2016). Obesity has been usually diagnosed when the body mass index of the person is 30 or even higher. Management of the obesity and approaches associated with it mainly starts by the comprehensive lifestyle management. This study will focus on creating an argumentative public health approach associated with the obesity. Obesity in turn tends to have emotional and social set of effect which in turn eventually leads to discrimination, low quality of life, suspicion of depression, etc. are considered to be as the key measures which in turn largely affects the business operations. This study also focuses on developing the well- structured and also tends to focus on clearly expressing the viewpoints associated with the obesity and public health approaches. MAIN BODY Obesity is considered to be as a complex issue teds to involve excessive degree of body fat. Petrescu and et.al., (2016) sought to determine the fact that,Obesity is a mental issue which tends to increase the risk of other set of diseases and various other health problems. It also tends to increase the various set of risk such as diabetes, heart disease, specific cancer and high blood pressure. Moreover sticking to a healthy weight plan throughout the week helps in maintaining healthy body weight and reduce the risk of obesity within the individual person. Limiting consumption of unhealthy foods is considered to be useful because it helps in reducing obesity.
