8.33 percent of the respondents agree that they are paid according to their job profile this is the
lowest on the graph. On the other hand 38.33 percent of the respondents strongly disagree.
Remuneration is one of the major reasons that an employee is unsatisfied with the job or is de-
motivated (Terera and Ngirande 2014).
