being introduced by Whitbread in the year 1987.

PESTLE analysis

◦ PESTLE analysis is an external environment analysis which shows the impact of external factors on
the performance of business.
◦ Such factors are related to the macro environment of the business (Erkmen, E., 2019).
◦ These factors include political, economic, social, technological, legal and environmental factors
which are mentioned below:-

Political:
◦ Positive collaboration with the Government of UK delivers the great success in the economic
development.
◦ In order to identify the increase in profits, the corporation tax has been decreased from the past few
years by the influence of government.
◦ The current economic recession could be a serious concern for service sector industry.
◦ This has forces the people to be very careful about their spending and expenditure.
