The hospitality sector emphasis on covering diverse industry includes food, drink
and accommodation. The role is played through hospitality industry in increasing
hospitality provision. The present assignment is based on hospitality industry so
that they emphasized on taking appropriate decisions in context of different
challenges that is confronted within industry. The report connected to Hyatt
Hotel. It is considered as a largest hotel has 750 Hotels across different part of
globe. This is determined as a report of diverse sector which is considered as a
part related to hospitality industry as well as diverse operation and functional
departments. This report is related to operational role that help in assessing
different function which is organised in hospitality sector. In this report, there is a
discussion regarding assessment of different sectors that is part of hospitality
sector. There is also assessment of operational role that help in examining
diverse function which is considered as a part of hospitality sector (Aissa and
Goaied, 2016).

It is a technique that is used for aim of making explained assessment related to external factor. In context of Hyatt Hotel, the PESTEL analysis

due to having a political stability within an organisation it enforce positive impact on operations of organisation.

its customer in order to satisfy them that increases growth of organisation. Due to enhance in covid-19, it enforces negative effect on the

Social factor is considered as element related to change in requirement of person with changing preferences that enforces direct impact on
person who possess higher security measures for dealing with appropriate situation. In context of Hyatt hotel, they provide appropriate
services to its client according to their need that help in increasing sales in future period of time. In addition to this, due to alteration in
frequent need of customer it imposes negative effect on organisation.

order to provide unique services to its user that assists in achieving competitive edge over competitive organisation in the market. Due to
enhance in cost along with lodging sector it enforces negative impact on organisation during particular phase of time period.
Environmental factor it is necessary for organisation to follow environmental law focus towards protecting the environment that help in
performing different functions in an appropriate manner. In context of Hyatt, they focus on protecting environment in order to conduct
different things in an appropriate manner.
Legal factor involve the regulatory framework which is executed by government and The Hyatt Hotel focuses on follow regulations
implemented by government so that they perform their work in smooth manner.
