Minar, and so on that increase the number of visitors in such country. In the recent scenario,
the city has also faced certain challenges such as shortage of labor, lack in providing efficient
rooms; accommodation with dirtiness resists the tourist to visit Delhi. The market potential of
the city is high due to a high number of visitors in the city. It is the capital of the city which
has an advantage of major entry and exit of the major ports. Moreover, due to the high
population in the city, create pollution in the city that resists the visitors to visit such place
due to the reason they are conscious towards their health that made them resistant to enter in
such city. The social media also affected the marketing of Delhi. Most of the visitors post
their experience as well as pictures on social media that influence the number of visitors to
visit such a place. The government has also taken initiatives to promote their city in a more
effective manner that affected the overall tourism industry in an effective way. Delhi is one of
the metro cities that provide a variety of services in accommodation that attract maximum,
consumers towards the city. The government of the city has also started concentrating on the
pollution in which they have introduced CNG Buses in the city that would help in centering
the pollution. Moreover, the government has also launched schemes to manage the risk and
crises at a certain level. However, that has not been very effective that influence the number
of visitors. In the end, there is great need to focus on the overall tourism industry to enhance
the experience of visitors that help in fostering the industry in an effective manner.
