INTRODUCTION
Brexit is referring to removal of UK from European union as they are not getting benefit of this
in their countries (Appleby and Dayan, 2018). This can be done on January 2020 as it is one of
first country which exit form European Union. This project includes study of National health
services which is found in UK in in the year 1948. This system is created for health care as well
as social care. Main object of this organisation is to provide health care treatment to their patients
based on their clinical need not on basis of their payment ability. This organisation has largest
workforce due as it is one of large organisation for health care. Company is providing hospitality
as well as health care service to their patients and are doing work to improve their health. This
project includes various positive as well as negative impact of Brexit on National health services.

Impact of Brexit on NHS
Brexit include removal decision of UK to European Union. As UK and European Union are
include in an agreement based on free trade movement between countries. Under this agreement,
it is important to make trade without any restriction between member countries. This agreement
include uncertainty about future relationship (Breckenridge and Feldschreiber, 2019). This Brexit
create various positive as well as negative impact on business and another organisation in both
UK as well as EU. This also result in changes in rules and regulation in both countries. EU has
made various changes in their legislation due to which there are many problems created for
business as well as people who are working there. Same in UK, there are various problems for
business providing their services in UK. NHS is one of organisation which are providing hospital
as well as health care services to their patients. This are providing both health care as well as
social care. Due to Brexit there are various changes occur in this organisation as they have
employees form outside UK. They also get funding from outside UK but due to change in laws
and regulation of government of UK, it create both positive as well as negative impact on
enterprise. This impact incudes positive as well as native impacts which are as follows:
Positive impact
Brexit is the abbreviation which explain about “Britain Exist” which refer that overall decision
making of United Kingdom needed to handed over European Union. In this Brexit having
involvement of new deal for negotiation, citizen registration rules, borders etc. It is generally
