1 CONTEMPORARY ISSUES FOR MANAGEMENT Part1: Elevator Pitch Response I as a student feel that each and every organization needs to make sure that they are providing the best facilities to all their customers.However this is the age of a very tough competition. This is the major reason that is often affecting the sales of the organization. Electric appliances are one of the major products that are being used by many other organizations in all the parts of the world. For an instance the power plants and all the other manufacturing units are often in search of products like the electrical appliances for carrying on with their production. However the organization has seen that the sales are increasing rapidly.It is for this reason that the organization has to make some new approaches for overcoming this issue. This is an issue that can be overcome by developing strong online strategy. This will be helping the company to provide the customers with a proper range of price. The customers will no longer have to compare the prices. Apart from this I also suggest that the company must be developing the sales methods in a proper way. This can be done by giving proper training to the sales executives. Thus, I feel that in this modern 21stcentury the customers are always in search of something new and advanced kinds of technologies. It is for this reason that the organization must try their level best to work over the sales of the company. This can be done by doing an in depth research about the ongoing trends that are going on in the market. It is for is reason that the company must use the modern technologies like the energy conservative products. They can develop manyeco friendly products like the low power or the low watt batteries, bulbs and other such products.

It has been seen that the store has its branches in different places like Europe, Australia and also Asia. However the sales of the organization have been rapidly falling. As the manager, it is his or her duty to make sure that they are being able to provide all the possible resolves for the increasing of the overall sales of the organization. It is for this reason that I will be suggesting a overall training system for all the employees. This will be very helpful for all the people or the employees who are in the sales department of the organization. In order to increase the sales volume the organization has to make sure that they are providing a proper training and development sessions to their employees. Apart from this as a manager I will also try to provide proper sales training to the employees. This is because of the fact that the employees who are in the sales department have to develop some very good communication skills. They have seen that their employees are not liking the behaviour of their seniors or the management as the management are not really involving their employees in their day to day business decisions. Apart from this they are also witnessing some kinds of gender biasness in the organization. They have to make sure that this is stopping in their culture. They have also witnessed that the gender bisness cases are rapidly increasing in the organization. It is for this reason that they have to find out some methods of dealing with these conflicting issues. As has been seen from the case of Indira Pnadit and Sudhir Gupta, they are facing some severe dilemmas in their organizations. These are becoming one of the major problems in the organizations. In order to meet up with this, the employees have to make sure that they are being able to adopt properly with the change in the cultures of the organization. In order to do that they have to make sure that all the employees working in the organization have to somehow deal with the changing culture. The other good advice is thatIndira Pandit and Sudhir Guptaare also working over their communication skills so that they can properly communicate the problems with their co workers and also discuss the ways in which they will be able to overcome the same. This will help them in order to cope up with the changes going on around in the company.
