INTRODUCTION
As per the studies of NHS there are multiple contemporary issues which are being dealing
by health care professionals in order to provide best quality of services and care to each
individuals in UK.
At present, it has been seen issues which interrupting the quality of services of
NHS are follows:
i. Shortage of workforce
ii. Lack of funding

CURRENT STATICS OF ENGLAND
As per the studies, it has been found that the current statics is shorter of more than
100,000 staff. The prediction state that this estimates data will extend almost 250,000 by
the end of 2030.
The prevalence of shortage of workforce is due to poor workforce planning, reduction in
funding for training centre, management in health care sectors.
As per the reports, evidence of discrimination and inequalities in pay and individual's
career has been found by studies.
NHS England funding is now determined to organise to expand by an annual average given
to it of 3.4% over the coming 6 years, that an increase of 2.5 billion in 2025.
The increasing rate of funds are higher than 1.2% per annum funds that increase for the
Department of Health and Social Care budget.
