In present environment, the economic growths, social development, as well as the environmental
action are majorly reliant on the investment in the infrastructure, sustainable industrial progress
as well as the progress of the technological. Across the world, there are different geographical
region that needs sustainable development. The major issue that has been identified is the basic
infrastructure issue which includes roads, information, and communication. Furthermore, the
issue due to which there is need of the sustainable development goals is falling to enhance the
infrastructure and to encourage the technological revolution that could interpret into the poor
health care, inappropriate cleanliness and also the incomplete admission to the education. The
aim of the paper is to study the implication of Goal 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure
based on the geographical area of India. Along with this, it shows how the objectives of goal 9
would improve the business as well as society in India.
Sustainable development goal 9 includes Industry, innovation, and infrastructure. This goal is
vital drivers of economic growth as well as the development of the nation. The research shows
that the gaol contributes effectively in building resilient infrastructure, promotion of the
sustainable industrialization and it also fosters innovation (United Nations, 2020). It has been
found that with over half the world population now active in the cities, renewable energy and
also the mass transport with the renewable energy are becoming mist vital for the development
within the country related to the new industries, information as well as the communication
technologies. According to the goal, technological progress is considered as one of the key
results that lasting solutions to both the environment as well as economic issues which include
offering new jobs and enhancing the efficiency of energy.
