They aid these organisations onthe basis of countries. They provideservices to health care systems which areat initial stage and not able to performwell in the particular sector. They playan active role in any calamities or certainnatural disasters. WHO puts the bestefforts to generate investigation systemin the whole world for the purpose ofidentifying the level of health anddiseases that persists in any communitywhich comprises of research laboratoriesand health centres. 1.2 Epidemiology of infectious and non-infectiousdiseases Epidemiology is considered as the study ofvarious patterns, distributions and incidences of thediseases in particular community. It mostly dealswith various factors which are potential reasons forcause and also effect of diseases in the surroundings.The study can be performed on infectious as well asnon-infectious diseases.Infectious agents are the main reason forcommunicable diseases which are infectiouswhereas mutations is the reason for non-infectiousdiseases. food borne diseases are to be chosen forthis study. Microbes such as campylobactor,salmonella, E.Coli are the agents which are carriedforward by food products.Epidemiology of Food Borne DiseasesIt is considered to be a very common diseasein the geographical regions of UK. Millions ofpeople in UK suffer FBD illness.
