very common problem in UK, around one in every four adults
and round one in every five children aged between 10-12 are
obese (Scanfeld, Scanfeld and Larson, 2010). Obesity means
your Body mass index (BMI), is in between 30-39.

Cause of Obesity: This is caused by the imbalanced between
energy consumed and energy expenditure.
Energy consumed means the energy which we are taking in
through eating, and energy consumed means the energy what
is used by the body.
Obesity is due to consuming fatty and sugary foods.
Risk of Obesity: Obesity can cause some serious and life
threatening conditions such as diabetes, heart diseases, some
cancer and strokes as well.
Obesity can reduce the life expectancy of individuals.
