Work has various descriptions that will help in the improvement of the development of
lifestyle of a person (Balogh, Ohlsson, Nordander, Björk, and Hansson 2016). It is the way of
performing a work or fulfilling duties regularly for the purpose of salary or wage. Work can
be said as the task that is being allocated to a person and the person ensures that it is being
performed successfully. Work can be physical or mental. It can be paid or non-paid (Mei
2019). However, the result of work must ensure that there should be something productive.
The experience is being gathered from the continuous process of working.
Work for the ancient men was quite different from the work that is being performed in the
modern era. Work in the past was to collect food and live a life safely from the wild animals
(Blustein 2019). With the passage of time, there has been changes in the work as well as
working process of the people. Producing something effective is the result of work.
According to Hofstetter and Rosenblatt (2017), working reason that makes people live. With
work, people find up gradation in life.

The working process and the aim of work had changed with the change in time. The
motivation to work in the past was to find food, cultivate or save life from the wild lives;
however, with the changes in the society and needs of the people there comes changes in the
work (Gragnano, Simbula and Miglioretti 2020). With the changes in the society and the
thoughts, humans have changed the reason of work. Initially people worked for food and
started to cultivate instead of search for food. Whereas with the changes in time, people have
developed their working, process and had thought of working to earn money and lead a better
life.
