There are different issuesand trends which affect the efficiency of productivity. There is evaluating of current trendswhich make changes in the strategy of tour industry. Furthermore, there are various methods andresources which are using in the analysing of current issues. Improper infrastructure, PollutionWastage, Sewage system, Poor experience, Issues related to the terrorism are the issues whichis faced by travel and tourism industry. The way by which whit bread company is responding tothe change can be analysed by pestle analysis and swot analysis. Pestle analysis is a analysis ofmacro environment and swot analysis is the analysis of micro environment. Swot analysisincludes all the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of a company and pestle analysisincludes political, economical, social, technological, environmental and legal factors. There arevarious strategies made to respond the change. Such as Form a coalition, change the vision,communicate the vision, create short term goals, anchor the change and build new strategies.
