INTRODUCTIONManagement is really important at each and every level of society and businessconcerning activities. There are vast ranges of issues lead to face by an association when theyoperate and termed relation with an association (Albrech, 2011). This project is based oncontemporary issues management in context of Sainsburry which is one of a largest retail sectionorganisation and deliver high quality products as well. For this aspect, management need tounderpin and determine the key dynamic forces impacting on business and society so thatappropriate strategies will lead to formulate in order to accomplish targets properly. Although,there will be a need to maintain effective relationship with such forces so that effective strategicdecision making could become possible in order to manage issues and problems. There will be aneed to assess the key drivers of social change, international dimensions with social and culturaldiversity. All these things need to manage by managers in order to gain better supported growth.Key dynamic forces impacting society and businessNumber of decisions are there which an enterprise take for execute business activities andto achieve it. Some decisions are taken for short run while some are taken for long. Number offactors are there which affect decision making process of an enterprise. Get strategic guidance isvery significant for a firm as this support in take better decisions and at the same time help inreach final goals in an effective manner. Managers at top level play a significant role in controland manage business operations. Effective management always results in increase profitability ofenterprise.
