companies and industries across nation that tend to provide a larger target market and customers
base to have higher expansion and productivity level along with offering use of improved
technology and cheap availability of labour and products that is making globalisation a common

becoming a common factor and having popularity now a day as it tends to support and leads out

are present within a leader since birth and includes leading of trustworthy, reliable, and open
minded but the Knowledge of business which is also a vital leadership trait can be developed
and gained by a person by the way of learning higher knowledge of industry and other
technical matters. Thus, again it can be said that Good leaders are basically tend to be born
but with continuous practises and training a person can develop the leadership trait and skills

persistence together with the some social characteristics (sociability and cooperativeness)
