union at management and social group that require to be taken into consideration by the

business of Deloitte. It is critical that enables for efficient growth of human capital in an
effective way.
 Technological – The technological factor plays significant role in allowing the business
at Deloitte to hold and create their human resources by using several aspects like social
media and as well as digital media in respect to accomplish high skilled workforce.
