advised to be one of the most essential resource for the organisation which can help them in

employees are more comfortable in flexible working hours and prefer to work in organisation
which can provide them this facility. In context to Diageo, the organisation is a multinational
beverages alcohol producer. The organisation is headquartered in London, England and is having
presence in more than 180 countries. In this written report, the external environmental factors
which can impact the workforce of the organisation along with the existing policies of
organisation relating to human resources is provided. The report also covers, recommendations
