Introduction
The purpose of the report is to critically analyze the case study, namely ‘Who goes, Who stays?’
by examining the internal culture as well as employment structure in an organization. Conflict
management is being considered as one of the important aspects of managerial operations.
Highlighting the values as well as processes in the organization the report has described the
emerging situation.
