Conclusion
At the end of this project, it can be concluded that a company can use society to reach their desired
objectives, and sports can be used to improve performance of a company and make social a huge impact.
Change in perception is sometime necessary to attain set targets.

To improve the performance of company in UK.
To organize a cricket tournament in India, Pakistan
and Bangladesh.
To expand business in new regions.
Literature review
Cost structure of content should go down as it is
prime reason that profitability of many companies in
mass media industry is going negative. In order to
find and present quality contents companies do not
give much attention to other activities like
marketing, human resources, information technology
etc. But there is another perception that content is
core in mass media industry and firmly believe that
content is king (Shleifer and Vishny, 2016). People
want to watch and listen quality content which can
only be developed by putting more resources in
content development.
Methodology
Qualitative research is used because it focus on
human behavior instead of hard data. Their are two
types of data, one is primary data other is secondary
data, this report both kind of data (Prenzel and
Vanclay, 2014). In primary data, information is
collected for first time and its biggest advantage is
that it can be collected according to exact need of
research. It is expensive but in terms of reliability it
is trusted by most of the users of that data, some
examples of this type of data is survey, observation
and interviews. Secondary data is basically primary
data which is collected by someone else and may be
for any other purpose but it may know provide exact
information that is needed. It is easy to obtain
because of which it is cheaper that primary data,
some examples of this kind data is books, internet,
government report etc.
Recommendation
Asia is considered as best place in today's presents
economies to invest money and India, Pakistan and
Bangladesh is one of the most important country of
Asia. BBC should invest their by organizing a cricket
tournament ,which is most popular game in these
countries, company can earn from these countries.
Using a sport and some growing economies can
improve performance of BBC in UK.
