4.3 REVIEW & REVISE STRATEGY
A. Who is the target audience for this piece of content? Why will this content engage them?
We are mainly targeting baby boomer females in this communication. This communication
will grab their attention because of visual persuasion associated with it. It is an attempt to
address the adventures side of the baby boomers and inspire them to think about a new
body type, body image, and self-concept.
B. Based on feedback on your social media post, does your strategy need to be revised? If yes, what
changes do you recommend?
Yes, we are required to change the strategy in accordance with the feedbacks, social
mediums normally cater to a limited audience. With the help of blogs and other tools we
are trying to establish the relationship between client and service provider. This is why it is
important for us to amend a few things in the communication and the information that we
are placing. It will also increase their engagement with the page.
C. Changing your strategy may require approval from management. Develop a process that your
organisation must follow for new social media marketing strategies, and specify at least two rules
that the team must adhere to.
As we have mentioned earlier, we are appointing a creative head to approve all the queries
and other feedbacks. The creative head will act as a communicator between the directors

situation?
If a member is not able submit work on the time then the supervisor will have this right to
utilize the slack time to hire another professional on a higher rate slab. A penalty will be
imposed on the member who failed in delivering on time. This penalty will compensate the
higher rate slab of the second programmer or the blog writer.
Scenario 2: The work submitted does not align to the brief. How would you influence the team
member to change his/her work?
A breakdown of the requirement will be shared, the creative head will write a note like a
copy editor and guide the writer to adopt the right tone of the communication. We will be
able to do this exercise because after a point of time we will create a format of the
