INTRODUCTION
The business context necessitates an understanding of the numerous factors that influence
business from various perspectives, as well as how decisions are made and what the firm's
ultimate goal is. The process of planning and coordinating all parts of an organisation is known
as business management. This is about both the revenues and the profits (Wu, Wei and Wang,
2021). Budgeting or comparing a number of productive strategies is required when considering
alternate applications of essential resources. Wizz Air UK Ltd was chosen to carry out the
research. It is a low-cost airline based at the United Kingdom's Luton Airport. The airline was
formed in order for Wizz Air to get access to the UK market. It employs its corporate brand and
runs scheduled services on behalf of its Hungarian parent, Wizz Air.The goal of this research is
to use SWOT and Various analysis to see how changes in pestle variables have changed
opportunities and threats. It also attempts to analyse their ability to mitigate risks and weaknesses
that are restricting their opportunities. The paper examines the most appropriate leadership or
management style by comparing and contrasting numerous leadership styles. This document
offers suggestions for effective leadership styles in the workplace. The importance of corporate
social responsibility in the business process is finally discussed.
