INTRODUCTION
Business refers to an activity in business in order to earn profit and includes buying and selling
of products as well as services (Glebovskiy, 2019). Business requires various resources in order
to carry out their operation including finance, employees, raw material, machinery and
equipment ad many more. There are various components which create threat of business and to
find out these components, firm needs to use SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis is one of tool
which is important to identify strength, weakness, threat as well as opportunity or business.
Business also needs to focus on other factors which can impact on operation of company. This
project report includes study of Connect Catering Services which is UK based organisation
providing catering services to their customers. Company is offering fresh and healthy foods in
order to enhance satisfaction of their customers. This organisation is identified by John Herring
in the year 1989 in UK. This project repot includes discussion of SWOT analysis of Connect

are not harming environment with their operation. Company is generating employment
opportunity and hiring local employees in order to carry out their operation. It helps company to
reducing unemployment rate and contribute in economic development. They are also paying

towards customers by providing them good quality of food. They are providing food of good

Innovation and creativity are one of important aspect for success of business. innovation helps
business in developing new concept and ideas which is completely new in market and helps to
fulfil requirement of business (Smit, Zoet and Berkhout, 2017). These innovation and creativity
help business of Connect Catering services in may ways. Company is providing combination of
bespoke food along with excellent services to their customers. Target customers of company is

has skilled and motivated employees which develop creative and tasty foods in order to attain
goals of business.
Innovative business ideas are based on new technology which helps to saves cost of company. It
also helps opt make operation of business more efficient and provide convenience to their
customers. Innovation introduced by enterprise is based on requirement and problems faced by
customers. innovation helps connect catering services to differentiate their firm from those of
competitors. As their services enhance qualities of their business and allows them to expand their
market share.
RECOMMENDATION
From above mentioned project report, it can be recommended that Connect Catering Services
needs to use social media in order to increase awareness of their products and services. It also
helps them to interact with their customers and provide solutions to their problems. Connect
Catering services can use social media in order to communicate with their customers about their
safety measures of Covid-19 as it helps them to assure customers about food and precautions
taken by company for their customers. It is also recommended to use various digital
technologies in order to avoid physical contact that helps to create good image in minds of
customers. Moreover, it suggested to company to expand their operation in different parts of UK
by using reliable source of finance.
CONCLUSION
From above mentioned project report, it can be concluded that SWOT analysis is on of analysis
which helps a firm to be capable to face threat to be occur. This analysis helps a firm to identify
weakness and threat for firm due to which firm can made effective strategies in order to
overcome of these weaknesses and reduce impact of threat from their operation. It allows
