perspective of Amazon they have acquire market international level where they can gain
more business expansion in United Kingdom. But to having fluctuation of inflation rates
Amazon faces more challenges to online dealing business through Brexit market. Apart
from it, other positive factor to making deal with the management of demand in any
given economy. The UK economy is bigger as business expansion can design their

areas where attitudes and beliefs in aspect of population. Some of factors which involves

challenges in COVID-19 and they this an opportunity and initiate many online

opportunity and threats which helps me to mapped better solutions (Ruben and Gigliotti, 2017). I
measure the opportunities in social factor where Amazon get boost up their productivity in
Covid-19 situation where offline business were facing high implication of downfalls but E-
commerce business like Amazon and Walmart were touching their positive outcomes
successfully (Torres and Sidorova, 2019). Then evaluation of Swot determines about Amazon
which make me doubtful about its weakness and threats but some of its strength like they have
international presence so there is advantage to introduce substitute product which arises more
competition to other competitors.
Furthermore, Amazon leadership and Management style which I had to design better
format to detail investigation about their leader and manager behaviour in terms of working
situation. To rectify different leadership style I have determine the Partcipative leadership style
where leaders allows their overall staffs and superior in all activities such as managerial activity
and decision making (Reiche and et. al , 2017). After that at last, Amazon business environment
practises in which my main focuses towards Amazon's CSR and Ethics along with responses,
