What is continuous
improvement plan?
Continuous improvement plan is an activity
set or process set that helps to bring changes
in terms of improvement gradually.
Continuous improvement program is not
helpful for business or projects only rather it is
used in personnel improvement also.
Continuous improvement plan is a critical
dimension that belongs to different majors
quality frameworks as well as methodologies
such as:
 six sigma
 ISO
 Baldrige etc.
I have learned that, there are different
applications available in continuous
improvement. In case of process intensive
industries as well as application the
continuous improvement plan allows the
users or business groups to identify the
bottlenecks or the inefficiencies.

improvement is a process that gives
incremental improvement to the products
and services. The business objectives can be
easily reached with quality service and
productivity.

According to the history of total quality
management, it was began initially as a term
that has been coined by the air systems
command used for describing the
management approach for improving the
overall quality. However, currently many
different quality management tool and
techniques are evolved for measuring the
quality of the service and products.
Currently TQM is defined as a systematic
approach that is widely used for measuring
the quality of any product or service.
Quality process specifies the principle and
process in details.
How do you ensure
quality in what you
do in life?
The quality of those what are done on the
daily lives can be measured using proper
quality management tools and techniques.
For personal skill and quality measurement
timely examination should be given and
accordingly proper training and development
program must be attended.
For personnel quality measurement
accurate standards and ISO 9000 series has
been evolved gradually to simplify the
process of quality management
