Introduction
The report is related to the organization ‘Proscribing solutions’ that is situated in
Yarralumla, Canberra. The business is basically involved in creating resumes for the candidates
who are looking for jobs and make them prepare so that they can clear the interview in a
confident way. Their business is not doing well from past few months and they are continuously
losing their customers. They tried to find out the reason behind this, and they came to an aspect
of not adopting new technique. The main reason of losing customers is that the organization is
using the old techniques and formats of resume. The resumes are not able to create an impact on
recruiters and that’s why people or customers are switching to some other organization for
getting jobs. So, this report is basically related to find out the solution of this problem ( Komives,
2016).
Knowledge management
It is very important for every organization to adopt an approach directed to continuous
improvement practices (Neves, and Schyns, 2018). Things changes according to the passage of
time. Organizations adopt new techniques to attract the customers and this creates a strong
competition in the market (Dempster, 2016). Continuous improvement helps the organization by
enhancing the knowledge of the people connected to the same. Continuous improvement
practices provide a very vast knowledge regarding the techniques and methodologies prevailing
in the market. This helps in creating the organizational practices modern and up to date.
Employees of the organization use their knowledge gained by continuous improvement for the
growth of the organization. Continuous improvement systems can help the organization in
enhancing the quality of the work they are doing. Six Sigma plan can help the organization in
better planning and implementation (HaberCurran, and Shankman, 2018).
