INTRODUCTION
Improving professionalism is a continuos process which is helpful for the development
of an individuals. With the assistance of improving individuals methods, particulars get a correct
direction that how to grow the high skills and knowledge (Gülbahar,and Adnan, 2020). For the
development of all individuals in the company, HPW professionals are responsible to give
training and development sessions so that all members employees can easily improve their skills
and education so that all the employee can make a good quality in them so that they can give
their best in accomplishing company goals. In this report will consider the company Morrisons
which is a largest British super market chain in UK. The main aim of this report is to determine
the individuals and organizational learning and analysing the needs of continuos learning and
professional development and also define how HPW give support in employees engagement and
also analyse different approaches of performance management .

The role of the human resource is very important for all business. HR expertise is
responsible for all activities of the company which is link to the employees day to day projects
and their development. There are various duties and responsibility of HR in the company just as
hiring. Selection and training and development ninduction and another employees related
operations. Morrisons company is a huge retailer company which deals with many stores and
supermarkets so company have to manage the each and every activity systematically in the
business. With the assistance of good HR professional Morrisons manage all the daily activity.

resolve the critical problem of their workers so that employees easily enact their job
