procedure.
Working in a team: while working in a team the opportunity will have to be provided to
everybody by not just limiting certainties to only few people (Singh, 2019). This will develop a

challenging but gradually I learned to improved my interaction and
team work abilities. However, the initial phase of experience was
quite tough for me because due to internal conflicts with other
members I began to feel low self-confidence. Slowly with team
support and module learning I kept on growing and my fear was
overcome.
(A.C 2.3.) MISTAKES
The process of reflective thinking and learning I was able to deal with the situations that
are included in the workplace ethical scenario. I have maintained the rapid prospect in our
place and that has brought about enormous change and empathy. This is one of the
important criteria because in order to deal with the progress of the workplace it is always
essential to foster learning. Only then I can be able to stand in the midst of competition and
can also help my team to cherish with the right set of formulation that will have to be
inhibited. The most prominent mistake which I made was lack of acceptance. I was very
rigid in accepting the opinion of others. Thus I used to face problems in making decisions
with team. The difference in culture also contributed in misunderstandings. I also
misunderstood some team members because instead of listening them properly I was
paying focus on only my perspective. The were several mistakes made by me but another
important mistake which was made by me is to learn the things clearly and effectively this
made me lagging behind from others.

Two example of mistake:
I made mistake when I fail to understand the thoughts of other in the team working
process, I was unaware about their culture which made them unconformable with

Other member of the team made mistake in which impacted me in the process, I

was not considered by other which was mistake made by somebody else.
(A.C. 2.5.) NOW WHAT
I was able to recognise my mistakes based on the entire organisational entity that will have
to be maintained. I have evaluated every prospect of work and that has helped me to gain
knowledge about how far I will have to deliver things and to deal with people around. This
has made me realise the fact that I have missed certain components in a workplace and that
has brought forth all the highlights that will have to be included. In future I will ensure that
I pay equal attention to listening skill. I will also try to enhance my creativity so that with

Overview of
performance
I have worked in the organisation at first with the proper analysis and
I was in a state where I have understood that a few things are missing
from my end like that of coping up with the right amount of
knowledge and also in calculating the ethical standards of
maintaining dignity at work by not just limited to factors but also
helping people around (Khalilovna and et.al., 2020).
Successes
An empathy towards recognition as well as the policies of
understanding will have to be fostered because it is not until when
the set of principles are highlighted that they can get to understand
the exactness of the situation (Nerland, 2018). To perceive things is
one of the important criteria while working in an organisation and it
is not until when these recognitions are made from an act that one
can even really not understand things (NADIV and FELDMAN,
2021). Characteristics such as empathy and ethical behaviour are
vital to groom individuals professional and personally as well as to
enhance the quality of professional outcomes.
