INTRODUCTION
Ethics are important in the workplace because it is not until when there are certain things which

1.1 Ethical principles and professional values
Ethical principles are regarded to be the prospects in a work culture which will help people to
move ahead with the truth of dealing with the dynamic and activities that are encroached in the
organisation. There are several values that are to be maintained in an organisation and these are
brought forth with the standards and competence by not dealing with the alleged work prospects
that are not truthful (Phillips and et.al, 2018).
The ethical principles will help people to get abided with respect to the characters like
truthfulness honesty and accuracy that are important in order to move ahead with the
responsible conditions of work.
The professional values are the organisational terms and conditions that will have to be
