INTRODUCTION
Education is the most important part in individual’s life this embrace the management and
the curiosity with which the effective management and growth in future aspirant goals are been
undertaken. The main competencies which are involved by the students with their skills and
knowledge is through the effective learning and also implementing the management to lead the
learning in right path. In this report their will be given core study of different skills and also the
competencies with which identification of the studies is measured and the development through
which these skills will be improvised.

Time management skills and stress management skills not only improve my personality but
also make me productive. Time management are considered as essential factor to prioritising the
work and contributes in completion of my assignment on time I feel very confident when it helps
me to plan and balance between the different times. Good time management improves my
efficiency and I am able to complete my assigned task in a specific time period. It contributes
towards scheduling my tasks and meeting the deadlines. It is believed that time management
skills help me to maintain my reputation in society because time plays a very important factor
in making you successful towards your goals. Also, stress is the biggest challenge for today's
generation which directly affects an individuals health. But continuous mediation and exercise
helps me to enhance my stress management skills . It can be effectively improve in different
ways which makes me feel calmer and improves my everyday functioning.

Skills are essential part of human life as it helps in boosting my productivity and balance
efficient lifestyle. These skills includes time management skills, organisational skills, self esteem
skills , communication skills, leadership skills are not only motivates to achieve the goal but
outgrow the resources which helps to be more productive. It contributes me to achieve success
in future because these skills are evident in making person positive and perfect . It can help me to
