INTRODUCTION
In the report differences would be clarified between primary and secondary data and
qualitative, quantitative data (Betcherman, Giannakopoulos, 2020) Further, in the report
considering health with social care sector a broad study will be carried out to analyse the impact
of Coronavirus on the labour market of business and finance sector of UK.
DIFFERENCE BETWEEN
A) Primary and secondary data
Primary data is the set of information which is collected by the researcher itself. This is
collected by observations, questionnaire, interview, experiment etc. by the health care business
(David and Pienknagura 2021)
Secondary data is the set of information which is already gathered by someone else and
researcher is using for fulfilment of its organizational objectives. for example, if the data of
government authority is being used which has been collected by the government so it is a
secondary data.
B) Qualitative and quantitative data
Quantitative data is generally a number or digit based information which is countable
and measurable too. For instance- consultancy amount gained, revenues of a health care
organisation.
At the same time qualitative data cannot be measured directly since it is having some
characteristics or depict quality. Like- quality information of the medicines, and ratings given by
patients and other social groups.
IMPACT OF CORONAVIRUS ON LABOUR MARKET
The health and social care sector has been horrendously affected by the pandemics. The
labour market is very dynamic in the sector, specifically after attack of Covid-19, it is
experiencing severe changes.
The health and social care sector is heavily affected by the labour market structure. In last
24 months the unemployment has been horrific in nature and affected business and finance
sector. In the year 2020 it has been decreased to 4.34% and market was showing good progress
but due to attack of Covid-19 it got disturbed. In the year 2021 it came to 4.1%in the fourth
quarter and has been lowest since 2020, second quarter, so market was experiencing growth. In
the year 2021 around 1.8 million people were engaged in the sector, As the information shared
