Executive Summary
Accountants form integral employees of an organization and in relation to this, it is
integral that the different accountants are possessed with the right kind of skills which
would enable them to undertake the different responsibilities which they are exposed to
and serve their duty. The report has analyzed the different job skills and requirements of
30 such job advertisements which were attained from The Seek in Australia. Each of
these job assessments was critically assessed and with respect to this, the analysis of
the key skills and responsibilities of the different tax accountants, financial accountants
and management accountants has been undertaken.
