There are many types of job positions available in the financial sector. An individual with
potential can be a bank clerk, auditor for an organization, stockbroker or an accountant for a
company. One must have a sense of business, skills to manage the accounts and good with
numbers before applying for the job in the financial sector. A corporate accountant in an
organization is the most important job role with many responsibilities. They need to makes all
the strategic decision if it is related to finance. The executive body of an organization will expect
the corporate accountant tea to administer many other responsibilities than just managing
financial assets so the candidates need to be skilled to handle many things at a time. The
corporate accountant needs to have an excellent communication skill along with the written, as
they need to discuss the things with CFO (Chief Financial Officer) and with the clients of the
organization. To make a sustainable platform for oneself in the meeting then the communication
skill is the key.

Introduction
In an organization, the job title of an accountant is one of the most important ones whose
work is a lot more than managing the numbers correctly. The person for this job has to have the
ability to handle a company or a venture along with the ability to handle clients. An accountant
needs to be good at calculation but he/she also needs to be organized, honest, have good
communication, dependable and have good writing skills. In order to be a good accountant, it is
important for a person to have an interest in the accounting carrier only than an individual can
work better.
In big cities, there are a huge number of accountants needed for many companies but
smaller cities also need accountants to smoother and make the businesses easy. A degree in
accountancy can help a person to choose from many job profiles in huge companies. Many big
organizations are always in need of auditors as the company needs to audit its resources once a
year, so the accounting degree or career makes a person fit as an auditor. Budget is the main
factors for all the organizations so an accountant who has an understanding of every functioning
division of an organization can build a good budget analysis for the company.

deals with tax, pay, purchasing, procurements, and financial reports. In most of the company,
they also handle the audit. A corporate accountant has to be adequately qualified, as based on the
chronological data he/she has to build a statement for all the shareholders (Endenich, Trapp and

inexperienced candidates will be disappointed. For fresher or inexperienced candidates there will
be a possibility of limitations in the post. The staffing procedure for an accountant will have
many controversies and faces different challenges with the fresher but the experienced
candidates will understand the process. The ads listed above have demonstrated the general
competence of the company. The candidate selected for the accountant must be familiar with the

software that does the calculative part for the accounts. They should also help with the

Requirements to become a Corporate accountant

a factual education in reliability, communicative attitude, stability, commercial awareness,

All the candidates that hold finance degree will have experiences of three years in the
course as training. Those three years of experience are internship experience, which is not
considered as work experience while interviewing for corporate accountancy. This is because the

actual progress only happens after the candidate has work experience where they will understand
the responsibility of an accountant. A candidate with high qualifications cannot be an excellent
