INTRODUCTION
Corporate accounting is main field of the accounting that deals in the preparing and
consolidating of a enterprise's general accounts and the financial statements. It is fundamental
accounting presses that refers to accounting for the particular company which includes the
preparation of their financial accounts, cash flow statement, measuring the financial result and
specific financial events like amalgamation, merger and acquisition, consolidated final statement.

for the management of the company (Bloom, 2013). In order to preparation of the financial
reports and statement the corporate accountant are responsible for role and duty. In the project
