Abstract
This report undertakes the analysis as well as evaluation of 30 job advertisements
extracted from four job sites which are SEEK Limited, Jora Australia, Indeed and
Linkedin. This report also discusses about the main personal attributes of the
corporate attributes demanded by the job advisertisment. The roles and
responsibilities of the corporate accountants have been discussed in this report. This
report also critically discusses about the skills, experience and attributes needed to
become a corporate accountant.

Introduction
Corporate accounting is considered as a special portion of accounting that is
concerned about the company accounting, final accounts preparation along with
cash flow statement and analysis as well as interpretation of financial results of the
companies (Atanasov and Black 2016). Corporate accountants are needed to
conduct different operations of corporate accounting within the organizations.
Corporate accountants are specialized in business accounting while responsible to
maintain the financial records of the companies in order to ensure compliance with
laws, regulations and organizational policies. They also provide internal assistance in
making business decisions (Bhasin 2013). The main objective of this report is to
discuss about the required qualifications and experience demanded by the
employers from the corporate accountants. In order to achieve this objective, this
report undertakes the analysis of 30 job advertisements on the positions of
‘corporate accountants’, corporate and management accountant’, ‘senior financial
accountants’ and others.

It can be seen from the above discussion that this report involves in the
collection of job advertisements from different sources. In order to achieve the
objective of this report, a total of 30 job advertisements have been collected. Among
these 30 job advertisements, 10 job advertisements have been collected from SEEK
Limited; 8 job advertisements have been collected from Jora Australia; 6 job
advertisements have been collected from Indeed; and the rest six job advertisements
have been collected from Linkedin.

Every company is required to perform certain accounting operations for the
purpose of identifying the financial performance and position of the business. This is
known as bookkeeping accounting that involves in the collection, analysis,
classification, verification, interpretation and presentation of financial information.
There are different types of bookkeeping and Corporate Accounting is considered as
one of them. Corporate accounting deals with processes like the preparation of cash
flows statements, balance sheet, financial records and others (Caskey and Laux
2016). Corporate accounting can be utilized for handling unique corporate business
processes like absorption, amalgamation and consolidated documents creation. It
needs to be mentioned that the main topic converged are the formation of
companies, distribution of profit, capital reconstruction, liquidation and preparation of
consolidated accounts for a group of entities required under stock exchange
regulations and accounting standards. It can be seen from the above discussion that
a corporate accountant has certain key roles and tasks or responsibilities; and these
