Introduction
Corporate Culture is a tradition which a corporate follows in it is day to day practice. As every
nation has it is culture, similar to this every corporate also has it is own unique culture, which
describes it is vision, mission and policies. A corporate’s culture reflect it is image in corporate
world. It includes rules procedure and policies follow by a particular corporate (lexicon, 2018).
What does mean of Corporate Culture?
Corporate culture consist a corporate’s policies and working environment. A corporate in it is
regular course of business deals with many of the stakeholders such as employees, shareholders,
government authorities, consumers and suppliers. The manner in which a corporate behaves and
deals with it are stakeholders define it is culture. Generally corporate culture is not expressed, it
is implied instead (Whelan, 2015). Culture of a corporate depends on it is vision and mission.
The policies which a corporate created for it is employees, decide how they will react and behave
in mutual. It is also a part of corporate culture. In addition to this, the practices that a corporate
follows while dealing with it is stakeholders are also comes under area of corporate culture.
A corporate’s culture get effected by many of the factors such as marketing condition and
competitors in the same business. Often, a corporate’s culture reflects it is internal working
conditions, which includes behavior of employees towards each other, work pressure , rules and
guidelines provided by corporate to them and instructions what need they need to follow while
performing their duty (Shopify, 2018). Strict corporate culture involves penalties in case of any
default whereas in a flexible environment, there are no such provisions exist. But it does not
mean that corporate culture does not includes the way in which a corporate deals with outsiders.

So in conclusion it may state that culture of a corporate includes both internal and external
behavior.
Types of Corporate Culture
As every tradition and practices are not good always, similarly culture of every corporate need
not be positive always. But for sustainable growth, it is advisable for a corporate to establish and
develop positive corporate culture, as it decides it is growth in a long term. Organisations which
have very strict policies are meant to have negative culture. On the other side, where positive
corporate culture does exist; rules, laws and policies are slightly easy in comparison. One should
not have negative culture in his/her corporate or organization since it makes an adverse effect on
employee’s relationship and also increases level of unethical behavior (Mack, 2018).
How corporate culture can be enforced?
When an employee enters into a corporate, he/she is not supposed to be aware with it is culture, so for this
they need to observe the same for some time. For establish a good corporate culture, corporate can
provide guidelines to them. Further to develop a good understanding of corporate culture, a corporate can
plan training programme for it is employees as well as for it is management. By hiring the person as
employee who are well aware with a it is culture, corporate can develop good corporate culture.
Employees are the most important factor of an organization and play a very crucial role in developing
corporate culture (McClain, 2018).
For establishment a positive environment and culture in an organization, it is required to develop healthy
relations among employees. Until unless employees of a corporate will start to consider and understand
their interest in corporate, the same cannot set a good corporate culture (Kissmetrics, 2018). Leadership is
also a medium of developing positive corporate culture. In addition to this timely follow up of

organisation’s policies and targets is also a way to ensure presence of good corporate culture ( Small
Business Trends, 2016).
Conclusion
To conclude the give topic, it may state that a corporate culture denotes it is policies, working style and
attitude of person associates with it. Corporate culture includes both internal and external factor in it is
scope. One should always focus to develop positive culture in his/her organization in order to build a
strong and affirmative image. There are some ways such as training and development programme, by
doing these, a good corporate culture can enforce in an organization.
