However, very little remedy has beenfound in this scenario. The laborers give their best efforts to look after the production of theorganizations and if they are not paid well according to the government regulations and laws, itis a serious concern indeed. This has gained a great focus of late since many such cases aregetting highlighted. The wage that the laborers earn is half of the national level. The employeesand laborers are underpaid in many cases. The recent studies have brought this new into thelimelight. One of the companies that has got the biggest focus in this context is 7 Eleven. Thequestion of ethics is quite associated with this aspect. If the employees are not paid well by theiremployers, this automatically creates a rage among the laborers. The normal rate of the wage is$12 per hour for the employees. If this rule is violated the government is laible to take very strictactions against it.The problem of wage theftWage theft is a very serious problem nowadays in Australia. The international studentshave been the victims of it in many major ways (Meixell and Eisenbrey 2014).This has been aserious problem indeed. This is why this incident has created a huge havoc in the professionalfields. The exploited backpackers have been found to be the main victims behind this ill fate ofthe society as a whole. The national agencies had conducted some researches regarding thisincident (Meixell and Eisenbrey 2014)They have found some key things and that are veryalarming as well. They have found that:-
