The research paper describes about the Corporate Governance and Market Orientation of TFL.
Corporate governance includes the combination of rules, laws that are used in the business
operations and control the operations. These are the internal and external factors that affect the
interest of the stakeholders of the company. The TFL company will be involved in this research
project. TFL is included in the local government body that indulge in the transport system of
London. This company works for the network of principal road London transport. The several
transport works are done by the TFL process. The overall network of London maintained by the
process of TFL and the company has the responsibility for the network of principal road routes
but it does not control National Rail services in London. The overall transport of London is
maintained by the TFL and the company also responsible for the construction of new Cross rail
line. TFL performs several functions related to London and manages all the crossroad lines. The
corporate reputation is the overall estimation in which an organization manage all the internal
and external stakeholders as per the profitability of the business. The good business reputation
provides several benefits to the business. The brand value strategy is also important in the
business of TFL as it manages the brand equity that refers used to show the financial status of the
brand and also gives the information related to the worth of brand.
