Sustainability has main three pillars; economic, environmental and social sustainability. Every organization needs to create some objectives relatedtosustainabilityandmeetthoseobjectives(Darcy,etal.,2014).Thefollowing sustainability assessment report will describe the sustainability issues or problems of Timberwell Constructions which is a housing building development company and it has only 58 male employees who have different kinds of work. The company is facing many types of issues related to sustainability which will highlight in the report. The economic sustainability includes sustainability-related to discrimination, ethics, employment and code of conduct. Environmental sustainability involves energy and power consumption and bio-diversity. Social sustainability includes working environment for employees, training, and development of employees and many other things. The following report will discuss all these points. Economic Sustainability Resources in the economy are defined as those that are valuable in the future, as well as the maintenance of resources and the concept used to explain those resources. Economic stability is considered an important part of sustainability. Economic stability is mostly used to secure and conserve material and human resources that is to produce valuable long-term sustainability with recovery, optimal use and recycling to meet individual needs in the future. Investment and long- term use of natural resources are very helpful to create a profit and value of the world economy. The ability of climate change does not support the economy of production and make sure to solve the problem wasting valuable resources is necessary(Bergquist, et al., 2019).Corrupt conduct, to avoid action and to engage in stakeholders, ensures that the interests of customers and shareholders are not harmed. The company emerged in the management of financial stability issues; Timberwell has accepted a continuous improvement approach. The Integrated Economy fundamental business strategy was formulated with a focus on building the company's access to sustainability to long-term value for its stakeholders. Timberwell has adopted the Economic stability alliance through practice.

Timberwell was confronted with the hypothetical effects that the Stanwell Council proposed and the amendments have to comply with their Local Environment Plan (LEP). The Stanwell Council which describes the heat effects and bushfires of climate change and describes them as a specific area in response to the risks of Stanwell district and the high standards of conservation of vegetation development in the region The necessary rules have been made to fulfill that which shows the distance between its construction and long-distance. Apart from all this, Timberwell believes that in addition to economic resources, some other resources are also needed to protect the environment. To follow this, Timberwell focused on reducing the cost of requirements set by LEP(Caparros‐Midwood, et al., 2017). A Timberwell employee reported a corruption complaint against this company to the State Corruption Commission, in which a complaint was filed against a total of seven people, including five employees of this company as well as two business partners, due to this incident Timberwellisfacingcorruptioncharges.Whenthechargesareframedonthoseseven stakeholders, Timberwell has started taking such cases of corruption seriously. As a result of these allegations, those five employees are suspended without pay because when the result of the investigation came, they were found guilty. All this resulted in Timberwell not supporting partners or suppliers who are immoral or supporting immorality, and in addition, Timberwell ended the partnership with two external consultants accused of corruption(Demirel, et al., 2016).

Cases lodged by the Consumer Commission along with the Australian Court of Competitive Practices on the company continue to run in federal court. The ACCC and Bellantuono organizations received a complaint and with it, a federal court employee has registered a case against Timberwell Construction Company for allegations and misconduct of federal power and anti-competitive market power; told as special behavior(Martin, et al., 2012). The ACCC has framed these allegations after hearing that a group of local builders have plans to start a competitive development company. Timberwell's top management threatened new suppliers and strong contractors not to enter the business, stating that Timberwell would either dilute its business or withdraw from the business. Recommendations To avoid these types of things, the company must follow the laws and regulations related to the environment in daily business operations. When company implements the audit program, that time company must work with the local communities and authorities to avoid the breach of environmental laws(Mustapha, et al., 2017). Environmental Sustainability Timberwell reviews the activities that act as a solid system for environmental sustainability whereby Timberwell explains all his activities how they affect the environment. for example, Timberwell described and reviewed the energy consumption within its organization and noted how its activities affect biodiversity.
