between shareholders and managers of the company so that appropriate decisions can be taken. Basically, it provides a
system to direct as well as control the company in significant manner. Besides this, corporate governance also helps in
maintaining transparency within the business. With the help of effective corporate governance, it is possible to cultivate the
culture of integrity that will lead towards sustainability and positive performance of the entity. Further, it enhances the
accountability of all individuals & team within the organization to avoid future mistakes
