This research proposal aims to analyze the survival of Swatch in an increasingly competitive smartwatch market by identifying effective corporate governance strategies to improve organizational performance. The study will cover the concept of corporate governance, effective corporate governance strategies of Swatch, and how Swatch is able to survive in the competitive smartwatch market. The research will use secondary sources to support the research question and will follow a deductive approach using quantitative methods. The data will be collected through primary and secondary methods, and random sampling will be used to select 30 employees of the respective company as respondents. The research will comply with the institution's Research and Ethics Policy.
