INTRODUCTION
Corporate governance refers to as the combination of rules and processes by which
businesses are regulated, operated and controlled. Sustainability is the ability to exist constantly
in the market. And ethics are considered as the moral philosophy that involves systematization
and recommend what is wrong and right behaviour (Freudenreich, Lüdeke-Freund and
Schaltegger, 2020). Domino's is the master franchise of international fast food pizza delivery
chain called Domino's pizza. It was founded in 1985 in UK. There are about 1,749 employees
working in the company right now. This report covers company's governance structure and how
that structure function allow company to operate successfully. Also it explains what processes
and policies are developed by the company to address some areas. And lastly it covers values of
the company.
MAIN BODY
1. Company governance structure and how does this structure function allow the company to
operate successfully and responsibility.
Domino's pizza is the largest franchise of pizza chain. It is a food delivery franchising
restaurant. Corporate governance is the core what a company do and the details of the annual
report that how the Boards has applied principles and provisions in the Financial report.
Governance structure is the distribution of rights and duties of the different departments working
in the organisation and make rules and procedures of decision making. Basically it is the decision
of the management that how company will develop. The established governance structure of
Domino's consist of following parties which are Board of directors, Broad committee,
shareholders, management committee, company secretary and HR manager and sales manager.
Board of directors: The Board is the one who takes all the decisions and make sustainable
improvements in governance. Responsibilities of Board is to direct and control the group.
It provide effective oversights and strategic leadership. They promotes the culture which
helps the company in supporting the long term success (ABOUT DOMINO'S). They
maintain a framework in which executive team can conduct all its activities.
Board committee: They focus on the specific manner and fulfils the roles and
responsibilities authorised by Board. They report about what decisions and actions are
performed in the company to the Board of directors. Monitors the performance of the
