INTRODUCTION
Corporate Innovation and entrepreneurship design for helping problem-solving design and
creative thinking skills which have the ability to import trends and recognize different
opportunity to capitalize a high potential ideas. This is the one which started running new
venture or small business. This is the one which focuses on opportunity within consulting
industry for new product development and innovation in an existing company. This report
focuses on research compilation collection and critical analysis along with creation of reflection
on patches which is able to stritch together by common theme.
This also includes driven innovation for holistic and integrated solution (Muninger,
Hammediand Mahr, 2019). In this report, there is discussion about need for research
identification and collection of series of patches on corporate entrepreneurship. This can relate
with internal and external or crisis situation which can provide intrapreneurial responses. There
is also discussion about consider the patch is which can provide the integrated and holistic
response for supporting quality theories models and framework. This report also consists of
critical analysis and evaluation for patches (Schaltegger, 2018).
MAIN BODY
Part 1
For better and effective regulation of the school, there is a need to use necessity of
leadership and following culture which can lead to provide better ability for running the school
in effective way. This can provide better outcome as a result. Could do better school is a non fee
paying school in which there are 11 to 18 aged group students in school. This is a school in
which there are many student and different teacher. Teachers are able to provide specific lesson
and specialist in their topic. They are the one who are able to provide better and effective
learning to students but due to many scrutiny and compiling of paperwork which lead to create a
high difficulty for providing better lesson to the student. This is the one reason which directly
impact the quality of delivering lesson to student by their specific teacher. This lead to create a
negative impact on study and result of this school is below than average. Due to this, there is
different scrutiny time-to-time and lead to complete different paper work by the teacher instead
of delivering lesson and providing education to students. It has been analyzed that, this school
has autocratic leadership style in which senior teachers are able to provide information and

guidance to specialist teacher who are specialist in their specific topic (Platzek, 2020). By using
of autocratic leadership style, they are not permitting teacher to deliver lesson through their own
way for providing lesson to their student. This create demoralization and not able to deliver
specific information and lesson to the student. Due to assigning of new headteacher and Deputy
Head teacher who is able to manage all the staff member and teachers for assigning their task
and creating a curriculum style which can focus on delivering operation to the student. This
created dissatisfaction within teachers and they are not getting liberty for providing a lesson to
their student in their own way. Due to less payment and there are no hiring of other teachers or
staff member. Recruited teacher are also looking for higher payment opportunity and looking for
external opportunity. This is the one which is creating a difficulty and dissatisfaction to the
teachers among school. This created a negative impact on delivering of lesson to the student and
due to high focusing on scrutiny which increases the number of paperwork and able to divert
from delivering of lessons in making workforce. It has been identified that there is need for
motivation and need for changing the leadership style. This can provide them the liberty to
deliver their lesson to student in their own way (Halkos and et. al., 2018). This should be
effective and experimental for providing better result as an outcome. There is a culture which is
related with this school that all the teacher should able to provide a specific topic to their student
which can lead to create a better impact on delivering of standard education.
Due to Autocratic leadership style, teacher are not able to provide better level of lesson to
their student. Increase in paperwork also impact on preparation of lesson for delivering to their
students. It has been also analyzed that, there is change process in delivering of education to the
students which is due to impact of COVID, there is Impact on global environment and lead to
create online class for students. This also create negative impact on some student who are not
accessible for technology and not able to get the classes. This directly impact on their social
development and not able to get engaged and online learning and due to home environment
students are not accessible for better learning and getting education.
Whereas, some of the students are able to get better access to the technology and enjoy
the greater use of technology for their learning. This make them useful and motivating. Due to
higher use of technology also lead to create harder for engaging and more proactive in their
learning (Wang, 2019). This create better innovation on delivering of lesson to the student. This
provide the opportunity to teachers for delivering of lesson on their own way. This lead to create
