INTRODUCTION Business environment is the sum of the total of both internal or external environment in which various factors are included both micro and macro factors. In terms of fashion clothing market, it is the highly unstable market in terms of change that directly or indirectly to the companies. Micro and macro factors are the two-factor affecting factor that makes new changes in within the market environment that directly or indirectly affect the long-lasting market growth. Micro environmental factors The suppliers: suppliers can affect the business success when they hold the power of suppliers. The suppliers hold the power when they are the only or the largest suppliers of their goods and services. M&S needs to maintained the good relation with the company overall environmental goals (Hamilton and Webster, 2018).supplier play a most important role in terms of making goods into finished products. The resellers:Reseller is the kind of third person who play a crucial role if company cannot sale their products directly to the market. If retail seller is well known in the market it is beneficial for the company to get profit. For that, it is necessary to make a good deal which gain profit or success for the company. The Customers:Customer is the highly affecting micro factor if they are not satisfied company will not able to get market approach. For that, it is highly necessary for M&S to gain customer interest. The Competitions: Competitors are those who deal with the same products as the company did. Such as the major competitors in the fashion clothing sector are M&S, Zara, H&M etc. M&S 1

Macro Environmental factors Demographic forces:Demographic forces are different market segments who typically affect the by demographic forces. This force includes, Country, ethnicity, education level, cultural characteristics and movements. Economicforces:Economicforcesarethefactorswhichaffectdecisionmaking approach of both organizations or consumer decision making process. Natural Physical forces: This force is uncontrollable due to which company can bear heavy losses such as earthquake, storms, Disaster etc. this macro factor can affect company production. Social and cultural forces:this force can also be included in macro factors that directly or indirectly affect company. Company should eliminate all harmful production process that affect. Society will never have accepted wrong behaviour of companies which can affect the overall reputation in the market (Bah and Fang, 2015). This also need to be included and factor affecting market opportunity. Explaining the importance of Corporate social responsibility at individual and organisational to manage responsibly.
