INTRODUCTIONBusiness environment is the sum of the total of both internal or external environment inwhich various factors are included both micro and macro factors. Due to external or internalenvironment business environment has change globally in different styles. Present study will bebased on businesses and how the way businesses changes at global level. Further, study alsoexplained micro or macro environment which changes nature of modern business in the globalenvironment. Study will be taking M&S for conducting the study. MAIN BODYIdentifying the micro and macro environmental factors that changed the nature of modernbusiness in the global environment.Present business environment is dynamic in nature which keeps on changing as per the trend ofthe market (Prajogo, 2016). In terms of fashion clothing market, it is the highly unstable marketin terms of change that directly or indirectly to the companies. Micro and macro factors are thetwo-factor affecting factor that makes new changes in within the market environment thatdirectly or indirectly affect the long-lasting market growth. Micro environmental factors The suppliers: suppliers can affect the business success when they hold the power of suppliers.The suppliers hold the power when they are the only or the largest suppliers of their goods andservices. M&S needs to maintained the good relation with the company overall environmentalgoals (Hamilton and Webster, 2018). supplier play a most important role in terms of makinggoods into finished products.The resellers: Reseller is the kind of third person who play a crucial role if companycannot sale their products directly to the market. If retail seller is well known in the market it isbeneficial for the company to get profit. For that, it is necessary to make a good deal which gainprofit or success for the company.The Customers: Customer is the highly affecting micro factor if they are not satisfiedcompany will not able to get market approach. For that, it is highly necessary for M&S to gaincustomer interest.The Competitions: Competitors are those who deal with the same products as the company did.Such as the major competitors in the fashion clothing sector are M&S, Zara, H&M etc. M&S1
