INTRODUCTIONPurpose of reportMain aim of the report is to emphasize on Corporate Social Responsibility and ethicaldilemmas of a business. By conducting the research, researcher would be able to identify ethicaldilemma that are associated with the business of firm in context of economic sustainability andlongevity. In this regard, different stakeholder theories and corporate governance strategies inmanaging stakeholders have been discussed. Along with this, report provides details about issuesin stakeholder’s management and CSR threshold that can influence the working of anorganization. As per the present case concern, Dominos pizza was chosen because it focuses ondifferent activities including caring and sharing products, reducing emission, a variety ofemployment opportunity, supporting education and charity programs, etc.Overview of the studyCorporate Social Responsibility can be explored in terms of commitment level of firmtowards sustainable economic development. In the modern era, it is essential for companies toensure benefit to society in every aspect of operations. By following CSR policies, enterprise canenhance its contribution in country's social, cultural and environmental development activities ina significant manner. Dominos pizza was taken for better understanding of the concept of CSRand its contribution in the growth of firm. It is the second largest franchised chain in terms ofproviding Pizza and other food products to their customers in USA (Millar, 2014). In addition, itis found that enterprise has more than 10,000 corporate andfranchisedstores in more than 70countries. Besides that, firm has maintained large supply chain to quick delivery of its productsto customers. Enterprise believes in the concept of relationship between employee motivation,enterprise performance and enhancing contribution in creating a safe and healthy workplace.Besides that, enterprise gives high priority to their stakeholders by meeting their expectationswithin stipulated time period (Young and Flowers, 2012). By analyzing the current businesspractices, management of enterprise has taken initiatives to develop a CSR strategy. In the present scenario, it becomes an important part of decision making at fast foodgiant. In order to build a sustainable business, firm introduced Domino’s Responsible DeliveryPlan as a CSR strategy.
