different countries. In this study, Corporate Social Responsibilities of Tesco PLC, Suning
Commerce Group Co and Woolworths Group will be discussed properly. Tesco PLC is one of
the largest retailing company which mainly operates in the UK and European market. Suning
Commerce Group Co is one of the largest retailing group in China. Furthermore, Woolworth
Group is situated in Australia and has a huge market share in the country. After discussion, the
activities of corporate social responsibility, a comparison between all three companies have been
properly described. Based on the comparison, the most effective CSR policy will be identified in
this study. Finally, the study will focus on evaluating and understanding the influence of country
governance on the CSR policy. In relation to the discussion of country governance, the issues in
the CSR activities will be discussed in this study.
