Introduction
Corporate social responsibility is the kind of global private business
regulation which is performed by all the companies in order to
enhance and improve their images which the purpose of providing
its contribution to the societal goals. It is termed as the self
regulating model which is useful for company to be socially
accountable which is useful in attracting customers and stakeholders
for their business.

Corporate social responsibility
It plays an important role towards the management of environment and the growth of economic
conditions which are categorised under the external CSR activities as it helps in developing
suitable reputation and image of company in front of people. It is an area of practice which is
useful for Marks & Spencer in moving towards the healthy competition and also describe the
movement of CSR which has been done through many transitions as its concept move for the
environmental activities which include government and legal regulations which become more
stringent for compliance.
