In first slide of power point, the definition of Corporate Social Responsibility has been given. It
states the self-regulation model that helps to retain active socially. Woolworths has been taken as
the organization to understand the impact of CSR on stakeholders. Woolworths is a supermarket
chain in Australia. It is located in Australia and grasps the 80% of market share. It offers the
household product, healthy product, DVDs, magazines and beauty products. Wesfarmers is a
main competitor of Woolworths.

The 2nd slide of presentation states the CSR activities of the company. The company analyzes the
climate changing risk and after that it implements the strategies to protect the environment.
Distribution strategy of the company helps to protect the environment by reducing the
environmental challenges.
The other CSR activity of the company is to save the food. It is observed that the company saves
food. Saving food helps the consumers to use it in the coming future.
Gender Equality is also encourage by the company by appointing the 50% of female employees
in Board of Director.
It also encourages diversity in the organization to maintain the peace in society.
