INTRODUCTION
Environmental sustainability refer to strategic responsibility that help a firm or venture to
conserve natural and essential resources as well as aid to protect international ecosystems to
support well-being of human. The current assignment will be based on XYZ Pty Ltd, which falls

management as people are damaging the environment through not using the resources in proper
manner Das and et.al., (2019). Also, the outcome of this report had been positive as various
changes have led to sustainability in business working. Moreover, the impact of findings of this
report was that business had been using more innovative technologies and training methods so
that all the new employees that are joining the organization are fully aware about the policy and
its benefits in the future Nzediegwu & Chang, (2020). Furthermore, certain recommended
actions that would be provided to the company is that proper communication channels need to
be established so that there is clarity in the activities that need to be conducted at thew
workplace Yousefloo & Babazadeh, (2020). Also, it is suggested that planned policy need to be
implemented in correct manner at all the levels of the workplace so that proper success might be
gained Zorpas, (2020).. Lastly, certain suggestion in changes in policy is that technology need
to be updated the workplace so that innovative technologies would make the plan a great
success. Also, it is to be suggested to the quoted firm that more training sessions need to be
conducted on regular basis Dubey and et.al, (2020).

CONCLUSION
From above study, it has been concluded that waste management strategy or policy
enabled organization to build its sustainable brand image in the market. By conducting this
practice and other along with current one, firm has gained a lot of benefits in term of saving costs
and eliminate unnecessary utilization of resources.
