First, it is essential to ask Mena for a self-report as that information would be compared to theones from other sources, This would give a fuller picture about her situation and will be helpfulfor us to check the reliability. Information from other sources like Mena’s previous case notes,Health and specialist reports, her neighbors and family will give us a valuable insight toMena’s present mental condition. Observation is also an effective way to pickup essentialinformation from Mena’s appearance, speech, relatibility to others, ways of completing tasks andmany more.
